Hi! I’m Sam (27, remote worker) renting out my spare room for a couple months, so it’s perfect for anyone looking for something short-term.

The room is available from 10th August until around November/December. You can stay as short or long as needed (do specify in your message) and the price is £975 inc. bills p/month, pro-rata’d depending on length of stay. I can also be flexible on price for the right person!

The flat is a shoes-off place and I keep it as clean as it is in the photos - I’m looking for someone who likes similar.

It’s a quiet flat: no loud music, parties, etc but the odd friend gathering is all good! I’m looking for someone who wants to live in a friendly, considerate environment.

You’re also welcome to have guests stay over (just not randomers) and use the communal spaces whenever you’d like.

- Easy access to Brixton, Clapham, Tooting, Dulwich
