Big double room in a friendly Tulse Hill houseshare

My large double is coming up in our four-bed in Tulse Hill, available from end of October at £1020 pcm.

The room is a large double with a bay window that looks out onto the street, so you get good light throughout the day. The room features an original fireplace and plenty of floor space for a double bed, a desk (I currently have two in there) and a wardrobe. We're on a quiet side street, so very helpful for those that wfh.

The kitchen runs the length of the back with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher space, washing machine and dining table, and French doors that open straight onto the garden.

On location: Tulse Hill station is a two to three minute walk, with trains into London Bridge and Victoria. Tesco and Co-op are both about two minutes away, and there are two good pubs within five. Brockwell Park is a twenty minute walk or five minutes on a Lime bike. Gym up the road is a five min walk.

You'd be living with George, who works in beer brewing, Ellen, who works in the arts, and Bethany, who's in publishing. V friendly group who are up pints etc.
