The bedroom is a lovely double with plenty of character, built-in wardrobes and a beautiful feature wall. There's lots of storage, and the room comes furnished. All bills are included.

The flat is in a great location, around a 15-minute walk to Brixton tube station, with buses just a minute away that run into Brixton and beyond. Brockwell Park is only a 3-minute walk away, and Herne Hill and Tulse Hill train stations are both around 10–15 minutes on foot.

A little about me: I enjoy travelling, being outdoors, exercise, hanging out with friends and gardening. The flat comes with a generous garden- perfect for chilled weekends when the weather gets warmer

I'm renting out the room as I'll be travelling quite a lot for work over the next six months, so I'll be away from the flat fairly often. When I am not travelling for work, I work from home, so I'm ideally looking for someone professional who works outside the home during the day.

I'm looking for someone considerate, tidy and easygoing who wants a comfortable home to come back to.

The start date is flexible, so there's some room to work around the right person.
