A bright, spacious large double room is available in our lovely flat right on the edge of brockwell park. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobes and lots of natural light - ideal for someone who wants a comfortable, calm space to relax or work.

You will also have your own private bathroom with a bath/shower.

The flat itself is fairly big and homely. It includes,
a large living/dining room with a juliet balcony overlooking the street, two sofas (one can be converted into a sofa bed for guests), two bookshelves - one for you, a large tv, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc.

There is also resident parking available.

Clean, friendly home, not a party flat but we do like to have friends over occasionally.

Location:
Right next to brockwell park. A short walk across the park takes you to herne hill station (around 15 minutes), and a 20 minute walk to brixton and tulse hill stations.
There is a bus stop directly outside the flat. There are loads of cafes, pubs, shops and green space nearby.
There is a tesco express a 2 minute walk away and a larger sainsburys store around a 10 minute walk away.

We are a couple, both aged 27 - One full time worker and one student that also works part time. We’re friendly, easygoing and looking for someone around a similar age who is clean, sociable, enjoys going out a bit also appreciates a chilled home environment. Couples also welcome.
