I’m looking for someone to share a two-bedroom flat in lovely Turnham Green!

The flat is brilliant: around 10 minutes’ walk from Turnham Green station and just 15min walk from Chiswick High Street, with plenty of shops, cafés, amenities, gyms, and the Sunday markets (alternates between antiques, flower, cheese and food markets).
You'll share a modern bathroom with me, it includes a bath&shower, toilet, and sink.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen, is fully furnished, but some of the furniture you see in the photos belongs to the person who is leaving, so it will look slightly different when you'd move in..
The kitchen has a dishwasher, and washer dryer. There is also good storage space.

I’d love to live with someone who is clean, considerate and chilled, and who puts a little effort into keeping shared living pleasant. Someone who enjoys a chat and spending time together, while respecting each other’s space, would be a great fit. Wouldn't necessarily consider it a party house, although the occasional get-together is absolutely fine. 🕺

We currently have a cleaner who comes once every two weeks so that definitely help with keeping it all tidy and clean

Rent: £1,150 per month
Deposit: £1,326.92 (need to double check with estate agent)
Bills: +/-£270 per month, including water, gas, electricity, broadband, council tax (Band D), and a cleaner twice a month.
