Ideally, we are seeking a young professional (aged 20-35) who is tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. The ideal person will enjoy occasional social activities like a movie night or a glass of wine in the garden, but will also be independent and mindful of others' privacy.

If you’re a professional who values a clean, cooperative living environment, we’d love to hear from you. The current tenants are all working professionals who maintain a peaceful atmosphere, and occasionally share meals or social time together.

This is a well-maintained and welcoming home that has been thoughtfully decorated and arranged to suit various interests. We keep the house clean and have an agent available for any necessary maintenance. The property includes a generously sized living room/diner, two decent-sized kitchens, and a lovely patio leading to a large, well-kept garden.

The room available is a good size, warm, and cozy, with wooden floors throughout and large windows.

Location:
The property is just a 2-minute walk from the Turnpike Lane tube station, with plenty of local shops nearby, plus 2 beautiful parks almost on your doorstep. There is also a major bus station with connections to all parts of London, as well as Hornsey train station, which offers direct services to Old Street (10 minutes) and King’s Cross (10 minutes).
