My current housemate is moving out of our flat walking distance from Turnpike Lane station, so I’m looking for a new flatmate! I’m a young professional and have a very well behaved fat cat so you must be ok with animals!

Cute flat on the first floor (up one flight of stairs), room advertised is a double bed with wardrobe + chest of drawers + desk included.
Shared well-equipped kitchen, living room with dining table.
I like to keep the place clean!
Bills approx £120 pp per month.
Band C council tax.
On a quiet very sociable street, super friendly neighbours!

I’m ideally looking for an lgbt+ friendly flatmate, as I have a girlfriend. I’m pretty into video games and watching movies, so if you also enjoy that it’s a plus, as there’s a shared kitchen/living room!
