We are keen to meet someone who is a young professional or student between 20-30, someone who is tidy, sociable but, considerate of other housemates.
Someone who will enjoy the odd movie night with others, and a glass of wine in the garden.

If this person is you, please get in touch. We are all working professionals and students. We sometimes eat together and we generally really get on well with each other. We have essentially become family to each other.

THE HOUSE: We have set up our home to make it feel very homey. We have decorated and arranged it to suit your various interests. We keep it clean and our agents are on hand to help with maintenance (whenever necessary), the property comprises of a GENEROUSLY SIZED LIVING ROOM-DINNER with a reasonable sized kitchen, and patio leading to our well maintained LARGE GARDEN!!
The small but charming KITCHEN IS WELL-EQUIPPED with all necessary appliances.

The room is decent sized, warm and cozy.

Wooden floors throughout.

The tube station is just 3 min walk and there are plenty of local shops nearby + 2 beautiful parks almost at your doorstep.

Big bus station with connections to all parts of London + a train station (Turnpike lane) if you are travelling to Old Street (10 min) or Kings Cross (10 min).
