To the east you find the beautiful river Lea winds around to the east connecting us to the north Walthamstow Wetlands and its impressive market border to the north and to the south is central Hackney and cutting edge Dalston with its impressive line up of galleries and pop up bars, perfect to soak up what East London and Hackney has to offer!

Getting around
3 minute walk to Clapton overground station with direct link into Liverpool Street and Walthamstow for the Victoria line. Also nearby is Rectory road overground with direct links into the city, and many bus services including a 15 min ride to Manor House and the Piccadilly Line.
