A cosy 3 bed flat only a short walk from Clapton station. Also very close to Hackney and Walthamstow marshes, canal walks etc. Lots of shops nearby. On street parking available with moderate restrictions (Mon-Fri 10am-midday). Visitor vouchers can be provided for a fee.

I'm a freelance sound engineer who moves around a lot. I may be away for 2+ weeks at a time, other times based in London full time. Kitchen accessible and well kitted out. I like to cook and share a meal. Don't really drink much these days, but am not dogmatic. I'm generally quiet and like to spend time in nature. Would rather not live with very loud people or those who lack self awareness.
