Beautiful Victorian Double Room in Stoke Newington

I am subletting my beautiful double room in a three bedroom, split level, Victorian maisonette in Stoke Newington / Clapton border. Easy walking distance of Clissold Park, Stoke Newington Church Street, Clapton and Dalston. My room is really light with wooden floors, tall ceilings and a walk in wardrobe!!! The room will be cleared of most my belongs so you will have tons of space to put your things. I have lived in the property for over a year and it’s such a special spot with a gorgeous garden, huge living room and kitchen. I am subletting as I am going to South America for 2 months.

Dates:
From mid December to mid February (I am flexible with the dates!)

Housemates:
I share with my friend Stanley (25) and new housemate Libby (25). We are a calm and friendly household, we do spend time together but we appreciate our own space and time too.

We are looking for a working professional that fits into the vibe of the house, I am looking to secure someone for the room ASAP.
