Single room in zone 3

Hi,
We are looking for a professional who will take single room in our house. The room is available from 11th of July 2024.

The room is fully furnished as seen on the photo. The bed can be converted to the double bed.

Communal area includes:
- large kitchen/dining fully equiped ( washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc)
- living room
- single toilet
- garden
- bathroom ( shared with 3 others)

Offstreet parking

The house is big enough to accomodate everyone confortably.

Transport: 10min walk to Meridian Water station ( Totenham Hale - connection to Victoria line )
10-15min walk to Silver street station or White Heart line station..
15min walk to big Tesco and Ikea, or Sainsburys.
10min walk to the high road with loads of bus service.

We are looking for someone who is easy going and tidy.
