Small comfortable double in house (short term)

Sunny furnished double room (short-term) in calm Tottenham/Upper Edmonton home – near Overground & Tottenham Stadium

I’m renting out my spare double room on a short-term basis in my home, available from the end of January. It’s a calm, tidy house and would suit someone looking for a comfortable base in London (e. g., relocation, contract work, between moves).

Location / transport
The house is equidistant to White Hart Lane and Silver Street Overground. It’s also close to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and North Middlesex Hospital.

The room
Small, sunny and comfortable furnished double bedroom, located at the back of the house overlooking a quiet garden — peaceful and private. Newly furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and full-length mirror, plus a large under-bed drawer for extra storage. Recently decorated with new carpet and a blackout Roman blind. It’s east-facing, so it gets lovely morning sun.
Bedding can be provided if required (duvet, sheets, etc.).

The house
Downstairs: open-plan lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry/utility room and downstairs WC.

Upstairs: shared bathroom with bath/shower. There’s also a small office space you can use occasionally.

About me
You’ll be sharing with one other female (me) and a small, friendly dog called Marlow. I work from home five days a week and have recently set up my own business. The house is quiet, clean and a comfortable home.

About you
Looking for someone tidy, considerate and respectful of a WFH home. Must be comfortable around a small dog. Ideally a professional / contractor / someone in London short-term. Not a party house. I am flexible with dates and open to a longer term letting arrangement if things work out well.
