Double room in house in archway/holloway £138 p/w

We are three fifth year female medical students from UCL (all 23 yrs old) living in a spacious four bedroom house in Upper Holloway. We have a downstairs double bedroom which is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a television which is available straight away. The rent is £143 per week which is £600 per month. Bills including wifi come to around £50 per month and so the total price of the room is £650 per month. Ideally, we need someone to move in as soon as possible. The contract will be ending on the 01 August 2019 when the three of us will be moving out.

The house has a spacious garden, kitchen and large lounge and we have one upstairs bathroom. We are all quite busy students and so will be out most of the day during the week, we are still sociable and sometimes have people over at the weekend and so anyone is free to join in and have a drink with us.
