Single bed in cosy Archway flat

Hiya, I'm looking for a flatmate/lodger for the single room in my three-bed flat in Archway. The room is available from now, but we’re taking our time to find the right person, so no rush from our end.

THE ROOM
The room comes with a single bed, some drawers, a built-in cupboard, and shelves. You should be able to fit a small desk in there so it would suit someone who likes a cozy room and doesn't have a huge amount of stuff, although there's space around the house too to keep things too.

THE FLAT
The flat is on two floors and it has three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom and downstairs loo. There’s also a small garden! It's in a very safe and friendly estate just off from Holloway Road.

The flat is less than 10 minutes from Archway Station , 5 minutes from Upper Holloway (Overground) and 15 Minutes walk to Crouch End and Stroud Green Road with loads of great restaurants and pubs.

RENT
Rent is £500 a month flat rate. We share the cost of cleaning and house supplies, we have Who Gives a Crap, and we’re pretty chill with sharing spices, milk etc.

FLATMATES
There are two of us currently! We love that the flat is a calm, warm and relaxed place to be - we both watch trash TV, cook a little and like to catch up when we're in at the same time. We’re mainly looking for a flatmate who would treat it like home. A good fit would be someone who was friendly, tidy and conscientious; happy to chat over tea in the mornings or lounge about in front of a film, but who‘s also good at giving others their space. We’re both quite introverted and have partners, so although we love to hang out every so often we do have pretty independent lives.

RE COVID: We're both taking the situation with COVID pretty seriously and we want to live with someone who feels the same.
