As my current flatmate is moving out I am looking for a considerate and nice person to make our flat a home and possibly spend the next lockdown with.
The room:
It is a large and bright double room furnished with a double bed, shelf and massive built in storage. The other furniture you see in the pictures belong to my flatmate, so they will probably move with him. The room faces away from the main street, which means that it is rather quiet.
The flat:
Our lovely flat consists of two double rooms, a nice and well equipped kitchen, a hallway with a lot of storage space and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combi. The heart of the flat is our spacious and bright living room with south-east facing balcony (lots of sunshine if the weather is right). It is located on the 2nd floor of a 7 floor building with a communal garden and secure bicycle spaces. The rent is £765 and bills add up to ~£115 each. This includes broadband, council tax and electricity/gas/water bills.
Me:
I'm a 33 year old German girl working in tourism. I am outgoing and sociable, but also like some time to myself. I sing in a choir and I like to go out to the pub or (rock) gigs. But I also enjoy relaxing evenings staying in and watching a movie (or whole series, let's face it) preferably in good company or just having a nice chat over a meal and/or drinks. I have an active social life and my job keeps me busy during the week as well as requiring to travel every now and then for a week, at least before the pandemi hit, so there will be times when you have the flat all to yourself once the world goes back to normal.
The area:
The flat is located close to Holloway Road with many restaurants and shops (Tesco, Sainsburys and some off licence are literally around the corner and Aldi is 5min away). There are several busses as well as Upper Holloway overground station close by and Archway station (Northern line) is only a 7min walk away.
