Double Room in Gated Courtyard Close to Transport

Hello! Would you like to move in to my room...? It's very nice and in a lovely house. .

It's a good sized double room with with double bed, wardrobe and storage cupboard. Not much more to say about the room other than what you see in the photos.

The house is in a gated street with a quiet court yard out front. We have shared access to big a roof terrace which great views of London. It's very close to Finsbury Park, Crouch Hill, Holloway, Archway and Hampstead. It's also close to some great pubs, shops and restaurants.

There is a big living room with an open plan kitchen with plenty of cupboard space.

The bathroom has a bath/shower and all the usual stuff. It's shared with two other housemates and a separate bathroom on the ground floor.

Rent includes water but Council tax, energy and internet/Virgin TV are on top of that. It''s normally around £760 a month unless it's time for the quarterly energy bill, which can vary depending on the time of year but never seems to be too much.

Three of the four current housemates happen to be moving out for pastures new at the same time and one guy will be left. He's a great and easy to get on with. If you're a two or a three then we can make that work as the other two rooms are still available.

The current contract is up on July 4th but if you want to move in before then that's fine we can make that work. We rent through an agency but the landlord is contactable and is very helpful.
