Will this be your new home?

This is a single room in a 3 bedrooms flat with very nice view overlooking Whittington Park, which is always green and lush. The flat is located on the 4th floor, it always has nice and warm afternoon sunshine and also overview of the north London area. From the window, you could easily spot wild birds or squirrels on the trees in the park.

There is a nice wardrobe, bookshelf, a single bed , table and coat hanger in the room.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area and is just off the Holloway Road where supermarkets, express supermarkets, cinema, local shops, library, gym and restaurants are nearby. Arsenal stadium is 6 bus stops away.

It's located in a very strategic location.
Archway tube station and Upper Holloway over ground station are about 6 minutes walking distance. The 17, 43, 263 and 271 buses (and a couple of 24h night buses) are just 1-2minutes walk around the corner.
Highbury and Islington tube and over ground station is 10 mins away by bus, from where you could get Victoria line, which is the fastest tube in London.

Although there is no living room in the flat, we treat the kitchen as our socializing area. When we are free we sit around the kitchen table and have a dinner together or chat. There's a large fridge / freezer in the kitchen, washing machine, gas cook-top, oven and grill. I love to socialize but also I respect if anyone is busy and need to chill and have their own space. Sometimes I love to cook together too.

There's a nice bathroom with bathtub and two small storage room as well.

We are looking for someone who is clean and does not smoke and who will look after the flat like their home.

The landlady will sign a minimum 6 months contract on the room. Each tenant will have a separate contract, which gives you flexibility of moving in or out.

The rent is 550 per month; the utility bill and council tax is approximately 90 per month. The deposit is 550.
