It has a storage cupboard in the room, and a built in closet on the landing outside which will be the future tenant's. The bed frame comes with the room, but there is no other furniture in it. The room is on the top floor, in the converted loft and has spotlight lighting.
The flat has a fairly new bathroom (a great shower!), a large living room and roof terrace. The bottom floors are about to be recarpeted in the next couple of weeks.
The flat is about a seven minute walk from Archway tube, and even closer to nearby bus routes from both Hornsey Road and Holloway Road. Tesco, Aldi and Sainsburys are all within walking distance.
The new tenancy will need to start on September 29th.
