Large double room in lovely house with garden

Large room with king-size bed (great mattress) and tonnes of storage (the huge fitted wardrobes hide all manner of sins). Furniture is included, except the bedside table. The room overlooks a small park, the sash windows are double glazed, and the blinds are very effective!

There are three very friendly housemates, all either working or PhD students. We also share the house with two adorable cats, Minima and Ramiro (who belong to one of the housemates).

The house is very homely because a family used to live here. We share a living room and very well-equipped kitchen, with dining area. There's a bathroom with bath/shower, and a downstairs loo. We have a washing machine and the boiler has just been replaced! There is also a lovely garden with flowers, washing line, and decking with table and chairs.

The house is situated on a quiet side-street, only 10 minutes walk from Archway (northern line) or 15 from Finsbury Park (victoria line). The overground at Upper Holloway is very close. There are small Sainsburys and Tescos less than 5 mins away, and bigger Morrisons/Waitrose/Aldi on Holloway Road.
