Short Term Let Double Room in Spacious House

Hiya,

We are 2 friendly people looking for a third flatmate for a short-term let room in our ground floor house, near Archway/Finsbury Park. The kitchen is quite big and there's a patio area out back with a bbq as well as a shared living room. There are two toilets and a bathroom with a bath. There is plenty of storage space available in either of two closet rooms and there's space for bikes under the stairs.
One of us has been living here five years now and the other 2 years. It's a fine place to be. Plenty of shops and pubs (when open!) nearby. Archway (Northern Line), Finsbury Park (Victoria/Picadilly), Upper Holloway or Crouch Hill (Overground) are all 15 minutes walk away or less. Plus there are good bus routes such as the 91 just round the corner.

Bills come to £90 a month.

You'll be sharing with me, Paddy, a science teacher and Matt who is a primary special education teacher. I enjoy cooking, movies, a few pints at the weekend. All that normal stuff. And I'm fairly involved in trade unionism and left wing politics which takes up a lot of my time.

Matt's also enjoys cooking & baking, reading and having a pint with friends when he can. Pints are enjoyed more after a hike or long walk with good company!
