Double Room in 3 Bed House -Upper Holloway/Archway

We are currently seeking a new housemate (working professional) to join our 3 Bed modern house located in Upper Holloway/ Archway. A medium sized double room is available with large window seat and fitted wardrobe with storage. The property is privately gated.

We are two working professionals (originally from Yorkshire) in their mid- late twenties who have been living in London for the past few years. We are looking for a housemate who is sociable, clean/tidy, and happy to share the space in the home that we’ve made it. It is a bright and calm place to live, with a lovely patio/garden space at the back.

The house is around a 5-10 minute walk from Upper Holloway Station (Overground) and around a 15 minute walk to Archway station (Northern line).

The house has three bathrooms (1x shower and 1x bath)

Garden/patio at the back.

Bedroom is furnished with bed/ mattress, wardrobe with further storage.

Council tax currently: £87 each
Bills are not included (usually total £120 a month each inc council tax).

Unfortunately at this time we are not considering couples or students, apologies.
