My current housemate is moving out and I'm looking to fill his room at the end of September.
The room is very spacious and includes its own bathroom. The flat has it's own front door and is over two floors, with an open plan kitchen-living room area with an impressive skylight.
It's within a gated Mews - so it's a very safe, and quiet area. It's really well connected for transport, around a 10 minute walk to Upper Holloway and Archway and a 20 minute walk to Finsbury Park.
I'm a Graphic Designer, 29 and work from home five days a week, and generally keep to myself. I'm ideally looking for a like-minded professional who is clean and respectful.
I will be leaving at the end of April 2025, but I've been here for three years and I'm sure the landlord would be open to the new tenant staying on if they wanted to.
It's a great property, in a great location (loads of cafes/ restaurants/ pubs nearby) and I really enjoy living here!
