looking for a third flatmate in our shared house in Archway/Upper Holloway — 5mins walk from both underground/overground stations

a bit about the room: south facing, filled with natural light, fits a double bed, shared bathroom/WC facilities. Comes with spacious closet, unfurnished. (could potentially negotiate current flatmate leaving/selling furniture for a fair price)

a bit about the flat: massive living room, garden/patio area with seating (we entertain lots), very versatile space. kitchen comes fully stocked (le creuset, chefs knives, fully kitted spice cabinet — ideal for someone who loves to cook)

a bit about us: we are two musicians who have lived in this space for a year now, ideally looking for someone who will share the space and become good friends with. we both enjoy to cook/eat together, entertain, spend quality time in the flat + value a dynamic and social home life. looking for someone who keeps reasonably tidy, and who would mesh well in a creative and buzzing flat

Flat is located in a quiet and leafy estate with excellent transport links, proximity to cycling paths, and under 5mins walk to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, ALDI, M&S, and Asian supermarket; 5mins walk to Whittington Park, and 10mins walk to Waterlow Park/Highgate Cemetry.
