Two bedrooms in large flat

Flexible move in: 20th October - 2nd November.

My flatmate is moving on so there are 2 bedrooms available in this large (1,100 sq ft) nice flat just off the Holloway Road.

The flat
It’s a lovely large maisonette nicely decorated over 2 floors with a garden. Big living room perfect for dinner parties. There’s a bedroom available (£1,000) and then we’re going to turn the office into a 3rd bedroom (£920). The owner has asked that we continue the arrangement of having a cleaner 2 hours a fortnight to keep the place in good nick - about £80 a month split 3 ways. There’s a great pub, The Landseer Arms, at the end of our street - I once saw Sir Keir in it! There’s some flexibility from move in, anything between 20th October and 2nd November would work.

Flatmate
34 year old male doctor. I enjoy current affairs, cooking, documentaries, traveling, public lectures, going to the pub with mates. Fairly laid back and easy going.
