Bright and spacious double room to rent in Archway

After 3 years of living together, my flatmate decided to move to East London so I will have a room available in a very bright and spacious split level 2-bedroom flat.

About the flat:

The flat is in great condition, as we were the only people living so far here after the renovation. The location is one of the nicest things about the place: less than 5 min walking to both Archway and Upper Holloway Station, as well as multiple buses to many places around London. Additionally, we are on Holloway Road, meaning that a huge range of yummy local restaurants, supermarkets and diverse shops are all on our doorstep.

The ideal move in date is 15th January, but we flexible are on that. I am mainly looking for someone leasing for a short term, but I am open to different suggestions :)

The bills vary from winter to summer, but they usually come to around 100 pounds per month. This includes water, heating, electricity, and internet. Council tax is already included.

My name is Margarida and I am a Portuguese who's been living in the rainy but fun London for 3 years now. I am a 29yo neuroscience PhD student at a Wellcome institute from UCL, which takes up a lot of my days but when I have some time to spare I like to watch movies (I have a projector in the living room, feel free to use it:)) and read and just generally hangout with people.
I am looking for someone kind, tidy, respectful but I also who appreciates some interactions if we are both around (like some dinner, watching a movie, decorate the house together once you move in…).
