Sub let in charming archway flat

I am going away for a month, and looking for someone who’d like to sub let my beautiful double attic bedroom. It’s a real peaceful haven away from the rest of the house with two beautiful velux windows. The room will be fully furnished and I will remove my clothes etc from the storage so you have enough space. You’d share a bathroom with two others.

Some more about the house and the housemates:

Large, well-equipped kitchen, homely living space with all streaming services on TV; big south facing garden behind the train tracks so plenty of morning sun; three bathrooms and four toilets.

Two-minute walk from Upper Holloway overground (connections to Stratford, Tottenham & Walthamstow);
Seven minutes from Archway underground (Northern Line, High Barnet Branch);
15min cycle to Dalston;
12min cycle to Stoke Newington;
6 or 7 top quality pubs in the immediate vicinity.

Housemates:

Currently, four sociable people (3M, 1F) aged between 27-32 (and looking for someone in a similar age bracket, give or take) working across fashion retail/modelling, video editing, pizza making, and beer brewing. All met in this house and have become good friends since. Queer friendly household; politically liberal; varied social lives (mix of relaxing at home; pub trips; nights out - both together and separately); big community feels with shared meals and house supplies; and everyone enjoys their own space and busy social lives too.
