Cozy room in Holloway maisonette

Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into a room in Holloway from the end of March. It’s a cozy super quiet room in a really nice maisonette with a great living room, nice kitchen and a roof terrace. The area is quiet with good pubs cafes and transport links (super close to upper Holloway station, 12 mins to Archway station, 20 mins to Finsbury Park station).

Bills vary between £100-£135. Council tax band D. You’ll have to pay a deposit and complete referencing but the estate agents are pretty good + helpful. From the 1st of May it’ll be a rolling contract.

I’m a hybrid worker who likes doing stuff as a house but also my own space and having a clean space. I love music and being creative. Drop me a line if interested!
