Double room in Holloway maisonette

Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into a room in Holloway from the end of March. It’s a large super quiet room in a really nice maisonette with a great living room, nice kitchen and a roof terrace. V nice and unique features throughout the place too (like the exposed brick walls). The area is quiet with good pubs cafes and transport links (super close to upper Holloway station, 12 mins to Archway station, 20 mins to Finsbury Park station).

Bills + council tax vary between £100-£135 total. Council tax band D. You’ll have to pay a deposit and complete referencing but the estate agents are pretty good + helpful. From the 1st of May it’ll be a rolling contract.
