Urgently looking for someone!
I'm moving out of my flat early and need to find someone to replace me on my lease. I have lived here for nearly four years now and have really enjoyed my time in the flat and in this area! It's a quiet, residential area close to Holloway, Archway, and Finsbury Park with some great local pubs, restaurants, and cafes.
Council tax band D, bills not included. Landlord isn’t too involved and there’s a maintenance man for the building.
About the flat: 2 bed 1 bath, top floor flat so you'll have a balcony, combined kitchen and living area that is spacious for two people, nice neighbours, south facing balcony (good light!), has a bathtub
About the room: furnished with everything in the photos, north facing windows
About the other flatmate: teacher at a secondary school, late 20s, enjoys her quiet nights and a good book
This room is open to a woman in her mid/late 20s to early 30s, who is a working professional and isn't a party animal :)
Available to move in now, latest by mid February. The current lease is until mid September 2026, and after you are welcome to discuss with the current flatmate if you'd like to renew.
The two pictures are of the other room available (the current flatmate is up for swapping), which is smaller and £100 less a month.
