1st Jul part furnished v. large double in Archway!

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to take over my super cheap joint tenancy contract from 1st July!

(I will be moving at the end of June, to be nearer to work.)

The contract is for the whole property, billed on 1st of every month (but we personally split it, and pay for our rooms.)

- So it would 617.40 specifically (£50 tenancy swap & £404 deposit)

Bills work out to be about 100-150 each depending on the time of year.

- It is in council band D

- You would need to make a council tax account with islington council.

THE ROOM:

NO BED! It is PART FURNISHED, but has a built in wardrobe, big chest of drawers, a bookcase, and a bonus sink!

We have a garage at the front, as well.

THE HOUSE:

Ground Floor - large kitchen + 1 toilet
1st floor - 1 bedroom, 1 guest bedroom, 1 bathroom w/ toilet
top floor - 2 bedrooms

This bedroom is on the top floor of a three level, end of terrace house, in a (mostly) family and student area, and very friendly, helpful neighbours.

OTHER TENANTS

You'd be living with 2 other professionals: all women in their early to late 20s. All pretty quiet, as we have our own social lives outside of the house, but we do keep each other informed on what's going on.

Their schedules are varied; one works in museum archives, but is WFH half of the week, another is a manager for a retail sports company and works late shifts.

We also have a new third guest atm (in the small guest bedroom), but she is typically out half of the time - into outdoor sports like rock climbing!
