We are looking for an easygoing person to join 3 hard-working professionals.

It is a peaceful house because we live busy lives and are often out and about.

The room is on the second floor in a 4-bedroom victorian terrace house. The rent includes Council Tax, all utility bills and Wi-Fi. It is a beautiful furnished room: clean, spacious, wooden floors, high ceilings with lots of light. We have a kitchen/diner with TV and a separate seating area on the 2nd floor landing. The property has two toilets, a double shower and a large bath. Facilities include a washing machine and BBQ facilities in lovely garden with seating area. We are bike friendly and you can store your bike in garden, shed or your room. There is on-street parking and the road is quiet. We have lovely neighbours.

The property is close to transport links. Several buses from the end of the road go directly to Kings Cross, Angel, Old Street, the city and Highgate. 10 min walk to Archway/Holloway tube, 5 minutes walk to Upper Holloway rail and 15 minutes walk to Highbury and Islington tube. Buses available at end of road to all stations. All amenities within walking distance. There’s a lovely community square/garden on the road, a gym 5 minutes walk and a gorgeous modern pub on the next road that overlooks the community square/garden.
