Quiet cosy Room Near Walthamstow Central

The room is compact but thoughtfully arranged, set within a first floor flat on a quiet and safe residential street in one of Walthamstow’s most sought-after areas. You’ll have access to a spacious shared kitchen with dining table, full cooking facilities, a small back garden.

Walthamstow Central is around a 10 minute walk away, with quick access into Central London in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Lloyd Park, cafés, pubs, and local shops are all nearby.

We’re looking for a calm, tidy, and respectful person to stay with us over the summer, roughly until September or October. The flat is best suited to someone who values a peaceful and considerate living environment.

We’re a queer couple. One of us works as a self-shooting director, the other as a musician. We enjoy calm home spaces and are into arts, music, and film.

We also share the flat with Charly, our indoor-outdoor cat, who’s a little timid at first but can be won over with a few treats.
