E13 - Modern 10th Floor Flat Looking for Housemate

👋 Hi, I'm Jordan, a 30 year old professional who has been in London for eight years now.

🏢 I have recently moved into this modern 10th floor (the very top) flat in Upton Gardens (about 5 min walk from Upton Park station) and looking for a housemate!

🛌 The room is large with plenty of storage (I can add a desk and chair) and bathroom would mainly be yours as I have an en-suite.

🍽️ There is a large kitchen/dining/living area with modern furniture and a balcony that is off my bedroom (so won't always be accessible, but there's a really great view from every room).

🛍️ I have been in the area for over three years now, it's near a big high street with lots of food options and a couple of good pubs! There is a Lidl, Iceland and large Tesco Express within ten minute walk and it's also very easy to get to Stratford and Barking for more shops/supermarkets.

💼 It's about 30 mins to get to Monument/Bank. Later at night you can get the night tube and a short bus from Canning Town on the weekends, and the night bus runs all week.

🎉 I work as a consultant near St Pauls and am often busy being active, seeing friends and travelling but also really enjoy chilling. Other key interests include sport in general and often up for going to the local pub, which is really great!
