This is in Upton Park (E13 9FA), right across from Priory Park, in an area with lots of little grocers and eateries with reasonably prices food options. It is a quite safe neighbourhood, even around the station (which can look a bit rough because of the market there) and at night, night bus also stops around the corner.

Current residents: I am a 40-year old change professional and my 12 year old daughter also lives here on alternating weeks. It is a colourful apartment, filled with board games, music and quirky things. Jenny, the cat occupies some room as well. We are looking for a nice person who would enjoy living in the fabulous freshly renovated master bedroom and would not mind a bit of family life here and there.
