Double bedroom (Vauxhall/ Nine Elms)

Hi there!

We have a beautiful double bedroom to rent in Vauxhall - Nine Elms.
The room comes furnished with a build in wardrobe, desk, beside table and a Double bed.

Currently we are 2 girls in the flat. Both professional, laid back and quiet people, who enjoy having a relaxing time after a long day at work. We would like to find our next flatmate, that share our way of thinking.

Sorry but no students, couples or party monsters.

We would like same minded people that respect the common places and that they’re able to clean after cooking or using the toilet/shower.

About the Location:
We are in the middle of the vibrant Vauxhall and Stockwell tube station. Max 10 minutes walk to either. And only 3 minutes away from the Nine elms tube station. Different buses passes regurarly and the bus stops are close to the house!

3 different gyms, Tesco, massive Sainsbury, Argos, Starbucks and Gail’s are at walking distance from the flat. Plus only a 15-20 minutes walk to Battersea Power Station

ROOM:

The room is £200 per week with 1 weeks deposit in advance (all bills are included) - 3x Newest payslip, copy of passport and reference is needed if accepting the room.
