We have a lovely furnished double bedroom available in our flat in Vauxhall/Nine Elms. The room comes with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a bedside table.

About us
We're two professional women who are laid-back and quiet, and we love a relaxed evening at home after a long day at work. We're hoping to find a flatmate who shares that vibe and enjoys a calm, friendly home.

To keep things a good fit for everyone, we're not looking for students, couples or big party lovers. We'd love someone considerate who respects the shared spaces and is happy to tidy up after cooking and using the bathroom.

The location
The flat is perfectly placed between Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Stockwell stations, all within a 10-minute walk, with Nine Elms just 3 minutes away. There are also plenty of regular buses with stops close by.

Within walking distance you'll find three gyms, Tesco, a large Sainsbury's, Argos, Starbucks and Gail's, and Battersea Power Station is only a 15–20 minute stroll away.

The room
£200 per week, all bills included, with a 4-week deposit. If you take the room, we'll need your 3 most recent payslips, a copy of your passport and a reference.
