We have a gorgeous and spacious double bedroom available from 2 November in our attractive and well-maintained flat in Vauxhall/Kennington.

The flat is located on the second floor of a well-kept apartment block and is spacious, comfortable and well presented throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are also two modern bathrooms – particularly convenient in a shared flat.
Everything is kept clean and tidy, with a professional cleaner visiting once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Location:

The flat is in a fantastic location between Vauxhall and Kennington, close to the River Thames and with excellent connections into Central London.

Both Vauxhall and Kennington Underground stations are within easy walking distance. Vauxhall gives you access to the Victoria line and National Rail services, while Kennington provides access to the Northern line.

The River Thames and Albert Embankment are only a short walk away, making this a particularly convenient location for enjoying riverside walks and for reaching Westminster, Waterloo and the South Bank.

The area is also extremely well connected by bus, with numerous services providing easy access to Central London and other parts of South London.

Being so centrally located means you have a wide range of restaurants, cafés, pubs, shops and other amenities within easy reach, while the nearby riverside provides a great place for walking, running or simply relaxing.

Everyday shopping is very convenient, with local shops just around the corner and a large Tesco approximately four minutes' walk from the flat.

The Room & Flatmates

The bedroom is large, spacious and fully furnished, with everything shown in the photographs, including a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, mirror, shelving and other bedroom furniture.

The current flatmates are all working professionals: two males aged 26 and 29, and one female aged 29.

The flat would ideally suit a non-smoking professional or international mature student looking for a clean, comfortable and well-maintained home with excellent access to Central London.

Please note that the room is for single occupancy only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples.

Rent & Bills:

The rent is £245 per week (£1,061.67 per calendar month) and includes:

• Gas
• Electricity
• Water
• Council Tax
• TV licence
• Fast wireless broadband
• Weekly professional cleaning of the communal areas

There are no additional household bills to pay.

The total deposit is equivalent to four weeks' rent (£980) and will be protected through the government-backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

To reserve the room, you would initially pay £245, equivalent to one week's rent. One day before you move in, you would then pay:

• £735 – the remaining three weeks of the deposit
• £1,061.67 – your first month's rent in advance

Length of Stay:

The minimum stay is one month, and we require four weeks' notice when you decide to leave.

Your deposit will be held in the government-backed Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
