Studio in Zone 1 for only £900 pm for student

My studio is ideal if you are a student who is looking for an independent, peaceful and happy living. Although my studio is for 2 months from Nov 1 - Jan 4, you will be offered another permanent room in case you want to stay longer. That means, your temporary stay will be converted into a permanent contract!

The biggest plus point of staying in my studio is you can listen to Big Ben whenever it rings. This feels surreal in the quiteness of the surroundings. Plus, there is a terrace on the eighth floor which gives amazing views of the city including Big Ben and London Eye. The studio is on the first floor and the entire building in well-connected by 3 lifts.

I am subletting my studio at a highly discounted rate of £900 per month. If you proceed to occupy the room, you will arrange for an advance rent payment at the reception before moving in.

You will move in on November 1 and check out on January 4. You will get free breakfast on weekends at the café. You wil be responsible for keeping the room clean. The mop and hoover can be collected from the reception. You will need to vacate the room in pristine condition.

When you check in, you will need to show your identity document which will enable you to collect the key to the room.

Amenities include- Tesco Superstore right across the street, Oval cricket ground (5 min walking distance), Vauxhall railway station (10 min walk), bus stop (2 min walk).
