Hi,

I have a large double room available for rent. It is situated right in the middle of Victoria and Pimlico, both train stations are a 5 minute walk. I am a live in landlord and my children have moved out but visit occasionally. Every shop and amenities is on our doorstep. Please see below for the kind of tenant I am looking for.

Tenant preferences:
• Female
• Muslim, however will consider non Muslim if you do not eat pork, drink alcohol and only use halal food in the kitchen.
• No visitors or guest staying over
• Working professional or student ideally, not working from home,
• Long term stay ONLY
• Have own cooking utensils, and cutlery
• Clean, tidy quiet individual only
• No smokers or pets

About the property:
• Large double room
• Large 3 door wardrobe with ample storage space
• Your own toilet w/c shared with 2nd female lodger
• Shared shower room
• Shared living room
• Shared balcony
• Shared kitchen, however must bring own cooking equipment
