We’ve got a double room becoming available from 28 October in our bright, spacious flat right by Victoria Park.

The flat has a big open-plan living/dining area, and loads of natural light. The best bit is probably the balcony overlooking Victoria Park – great in the summer and a pretty rare find around here.

I’m moving out to live with my girlfriend. Saff is also moving on and is currently arranging a replacement for his room, with someone due to move in by the end of November. Phil will be staying until the end of January—he’s a data analyst, a lovely, chilled-out guy and a great cook. There’ll be some changes to the household over the next few months, but you’ll have friendly company while you settle in.

The location is great for East London. Victoria Park is on the doorstep, with Broadway Market, London Fields, Chatsworth Road and Hackney Wick all nearby. Homerton Overground is also within walking distance.
