The house has a large shared living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a small tidy garden.

We are situated in a quiet part of Walthamstow set back from the main road, 5 mins walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria line) and just 20 mins commute to central London with a good local bus service.

The house is currently shared is with two males, who work full time. We are both clean, friendly and reliable people and are looking for one extra person to share.

The house is kept clean and tidy and is well maintained by the landlord.

We are looking someone similar who will be able to add to the relaxed atmosphere of the house and share with cleaning duties etc.

The room is currently available for viewing and will be available from 16/5/25
