En-suite double room available in family household

We are looking for a tenant for a lovely en-suite double room in our 3 bed flat in Walthamstow. We are, a single mum, my six year old son and our three cats. We are looking for someone who enjoys being around children and cats. We are quite laid back and looking for someone who is also laid back and peaceful. I’m into art, film, reading and psychoanalysis.

the flat is a 20 minute walk from Walthamstow Central and has two balconies. We are near to Walthamstow Town Hall and Chestnut fields. Get in touch if you think this would suit you. The room is available from February.
