En-suite double room available in family household

We are looking for a tenant for a lovely en-suite double room in our 3 bed flat in Walthamstow. We are a family home so we are looking for someone who enjoys being around cats and children. I am a solo mum living here with my six year old son and our two cats.

The room is an en-suite with a Juliette balcony. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have a cleaner every two weeks. The flat is a 20 minute walk from Walthamstow Central and has two balconies. We are near to Walthamstow Town Hall and Chestnut fields.

We are quite laid back and looking for someone who is also laid back and peaceful but energetic enough to handle interaction with a boisterous six year old. I’m into art, film, reading and psychoanalysis and I like to talk about books and movies.
