Double room available in family household

We are renting the basement room in our two bedroom flat. We are, a single mum, my four year old son and our three cats. We are looking for someone who enjoys being around children and cats. We are quite laid back and looking for someone who is also laid back and we are definitely not down for any late night parties or really any party’s at all. I’m into art, film, reading and psychoanalysis.
