Walthamstow is a lively place to live with a huge and diverse array of entertainment—new Forest cinema, SOHO theatre, pubs, cafes, and restaurants. For nature lovers there is an abundance of natural spaces—parks, Walthamstow Wetlands, Tottenham Marshes, Epping, and Hainault Forest.

My house is clean and tidy, superbly furnished and decorated. I am an artist and lecturer of Art and design, so the house's decoration is unsurprisingly quirky and filled with great artwork and many unusual objects to amuse and inspire.

It is a quiet space, which would suit someone who likes peace and enjoys their own company. You will regularly have the house to yourself. You will have use of all the shared areas, including a comfortable sitting room, newly fitted kitchen, and charming, secluded, sympathetically planted outside space.

The bedroom is a large double room at the front of the house with large double-aspect windows. It has been newly decorated and recarpeted with a queen-sized bed, an antique chest of drawers, a desk and chair, and hanging space for clothes.

I'm all about personal growth/well-being - physical, emotional, and spiritual. I regularly practice yoga and transcendental meditation (TM) and am active in a variety of personal development modalities.

If you like your own company/space, maybe the best aspect of this tenancy is that you will have the place all to yourself for half the week. A whole house for the price of a double-room
