Double room in calm and clean houseshare E17

Seeking new housemate for a 5-bed houseshare.
Viewings to take place asap - move in date within the next weeks (once all paperwork and contracting completed by the agency as we a signing a new contract)

We are only looking for someone who works full time, not WFH - please don’t apply if you only work from home, sorry.

Room is £600 per month w/o bills (around £120-180 per month).

Two women (both she/her) and two men (both he/him) - ages 28-32 - looking for a 5th to join us in a house in Walthamstow (10min walk from the station) with two toilets, a garden, kitchen and spacious living room.

The room has just been fully refurbished and comes with a bed and wardrobe (not pictured, to be delivered). The room faces a quiet one-way residential road, and will get the morning sun.

Cleanliness is an absolute must - you will be expected to scrub and tidy a section of the house on a monthly basis.

We work in film, music and events. Our house is rather quiet and low-key for the most part, we have occasional dinners and gatherings but are not a party household. The mood of the house is calm, mostly each one does their thing and keeps a drama-free home.

House is LGBTQI+ friendly, pro-Palestine, body positive and we’re not a fan of the Tories.

Rent goes through a letting agency. Bills are not included and are split evenly, likewise everyone chips in for cleaning products and shared household items.
