Local amenities shops, banks etc are also close-by, and of course there is the famous Walthamstow high street market for absolutely anything you need !

We would like to hear from sound individuals with a balanced temperament and mature disposition. Universal Credit applicants are welcome. The building consists of five flats in total, where some tenants have been there for between 5-10yrs (and even longer).

This is a quiet flat (and building), where residents are working normal hours (not shifts) and we are seeking to keep this format, so shift work finishing late will not be considered.
