Looking for a fabulous housemate for 6 months in our wee 2 bed home in Walthamstow.

The available room faces the garden, very peaceful and a good size with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Our ground floor flat has an open plan kitchen / living room, one bathroom with shower/bath tub and a petite, private back garden with a beautiful magnolia tree. We love to have a bbq particularly in spring and summer or just chill, relax and read and listen to the birdsong!

This is very much a loved home that's been cherished and enjoyed by family & friends, so we also want to share it with someone who is also looking for a home and happy to contribute to it! The landlord is also ace which is a MASSIVE bonus in London.

You'll be sharing with a beer loving, yoga & baking enthusiast 32 year old woman named Bryony and a wee black cat called Gladys.

The area is fantastic, 2 mins walk to St James Street Station which is a 20 mins ride to Liverpool Street, 10 mins walk to Blackhorse road (Victoria line) + 2 mins to lots of buses. There's also plenty of shops, bars & pubs the Walthamstow high street round the corner, a beautiful park, wetlands and the blackhorse road breweries all within 20 mins!

The room is available for an initial 6 months, possibly for longer. Rent is £950 + water / internet / electric / council tax / TV licence coming to around £1150 total / month.
