Looking for a lodger in Walthamstow Village

Hello, my name is Amelia and I am looking for a lodger for my second bedroom. The rent is £950 per month paid on the 29th. Deposit is £750.

The room
The room is a double room with double bed, mattress, wardrobe, mirror, shelves and black out curtain.

The flat
The flat has a bright kitchen/living room washing machine and tumble dryer, filtered cold water tap, Netflix and Disney plus on the tv along with all free view and some Roku channels. Bathroom has filtered shower bath and storage for toiletries.

The Area
Based in Walthamstow Village there are lots of pubs, cafes Gail’s or independent whichever floats your boat, independent shops and food stores. For super market Co-op, Tesco Local, Sainsbury’s, Aldi supermarkets all within 10/15 walk in various directions. Gyms, forest cinema and soho theatre Walthamstow 15 mins walk away.

Transport
10 mins walk to wood steer overground taking you to Liverpool Street in 20 mins
Of Walthamstow Central a 10-15 min walk for the victoria line getting to to central London in 18 mins
Stratford via bus and central line 30 mins

A bit about me and you.
I’m a e-commerce professional by day and a struggling actress by life time. I love music old and new and going to gigs, theatre, film, seeing friends travelling interested in people and places but also like my recharge batteries time watching F1, a good film or reading. So not a party house, looking for someone who has there own life and friends in London, but also if you want to watch a film or pub quiz, or food and chats totally up for that. Want the flat clean and us to be respectful of the space and each other.

No pets
I work from home half of the week so will do viewing on Thursdays, Fridays evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings.
