Short-term Sublet in Victorian flat on the Park.

I have one furnished room available for short term lets only (happy for anyone to stay upto 6m, but also ok with a little as 2 weeks, I'm very flexible for the right person). My priority is to have the right person over specifics, as I want to make sure we have a home that is welcoming, tidy and respectful over anything else. My home is a safe space, and somewhere I love to come back to, I would love to provide someone else with that too! Ideal for a single female occupier, the space is warm and cosy, with lovely neighbours above and next door all of whom I know and speak to regularly. I have ring doorbell and feel very safe here on my own.

The price includes all bills, council tax/streaming/everything.

The flat is just off Lloyd Park, 5 minutes walk to buses and about 15mins walk to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line). We have great restaurants, cafes and breweries nearby and a leafy backyard equipped with a Weber and deck space for BBQs. The room is a really good size, with a double bed, and desk/ monitor you can use. I have furniture in there now, the bed and shelving will remain but I am happy to take out the other items you see in the pictures.

I live part time in the other room, as does my miniature dachshund. Barney is super friendly, so ideally you are a dog person as he will fall in love with you I'm sure (he has zero loyalty and will go where hugs are most available). My partner stays a couple of nights per week but we are at his flat alot too so there will be weeks where you have the entire flat to yourself. We do a kind of one week on, one week off. Happy to discuss what works best for all here.

I wfh 3 days per week, it's no problem if you wfh also but would be great if you were on a similar hybrid schedule.
