The flat is located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with a real sense of community. There are shops, cafés and other local amenities nearby, while the area itself remains calm and peaceful. The flat is fully equipped with all essential kitchen appliances. There is also a secure bike storage area available if you own a bicycle. The building offers a concierge service.

St James Street Overground Station 3 minute walk (direct trains to Liverpool Street)
Walthamstow Central Victoria Line & Overground) is also within walking distance.

About me

I'm a full-time professional and enjoy both relaxing at home and spending time out with friends. I do have people over from time to time, but it's definitely not a party house. I'd love to find someone who enjoys a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and values a respectful home environment. I love travelling and making music. I also enjoy cooking, although I wouldn't call myself a great chef! 😄

I like keeping the flat clean and tidy, so I'm looking for someone who also takes pride in their living space and treats it with respect. I don't currently have a cleaner, but I'd be happy to consider getting one if that's something we'd both like.

I also have a friendly cat, so unfortunately I'm unable to accommodate any additional pets.

I'm looking for a female professional or a Master's or PhD student who can commit to a minimum stay of six months. After the initial six-month period, the tenancy can be renewed for up to a year if we're both happy to continue.
