The flat is located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with a real sense of community. There are shops, cafés and other local amenities nearby, while the area itself remains calm and peaceful. The flat is fully equipped with all essential kitchen appliances. There is also a secure bike storage area available if you own a bicycle.

St James Street Overground Station 3 minute walk (direct trains to Liverpool Street)
Walthamstow Central Victoria Line & Overground) is also within walking distance.

About me

I'm a full-time professional. I enjoy spending time at home as well as going out, and I occasionally have friends over. However, this is not a party house, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys a relaxed and respectful home environment.

I don't currently have a cleaner, but I'd be happy to consider arranging one if that's something we'd both like. Otherwise, I keep the flat clean and tidy and am looking for someone who will do the same and treat the home with respect.

I also have a friendly cat, so unfortunately I'm unable to accommodate any additional pets.

I'm looking for a female professional or a Master's or PhD student who can commit to a minimum stay of six months. After the initial six-month period, the tenancy can be renewed for up to a year if we're both happy to continue.
