Furnished double room available in Walthamstow from 1st September 2026. £900 per month, including all bills.

We’re looking for someone who works in London and is looking for a comfortable weekday base. Suitable for someone in the office most days, but occasional work from home is fine.

Room available Monday morning to Friday morning. We’re also open to shorter arrangements with less nights per week on a pro rata basis.

You’re welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekend.

About us

We’re a couple, aged 28 and 32, and we live in the property ourselves.

We’re friendly and sociable but also value having our own space. We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces and who will fit comfortably into the household.
